Group Final Project (Junyi Academy Analysis - Kaggle)

Junyi Academy is an expanding Chinese-based online education platform that provides world-class learning free to all users, inaugurated in October 2012. From Junyi Academy Datasets, the number of active users per month significantly decreases and occurs downtrend lines. We identify the problems using cohort analysis to show which months have a significant number of active users increased and decreased; after the cohort analysis, we use cluster analysis to divide users into two spesific clusters and, we give recommendations and campaigns for each cluster.

Result: Finding and solving business problems from Junyi Academy regarding the high Churn Rate percentage and providing some strategic recommendations for Junyi Academy management.

Roles: As a Project Lead and part of the Data Analytics team, leading group discussions from defining and solving problem statements in Junyi Academy to making some strategic recommendations for Junyi Academy.

From the Airbnb Singapore Listings Dataset, I'm doing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and creating interactive dashboard visualization in a map based on location listings to get exciting insights.

Result: Creating an interactive dashboard based on location map listings (neighborhood location and type of room) to get exciting insights for Airbnb Singapore management.

Olist-Gustavo Case Study(Customer Segmentation with Python& Data Visualization with Tableau)

From the Olist-Gustavo Dataset, I identify the business problem is a small percentage of users return to their website, and I decide to reduce the marketing budget using target marketing by using customer segmentation to increase their marketing conversion rate. The first step is doing cluster analysis to gain exciting insight and make recommendations for each cluster. In the last step, I'm doing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to creating graph and combining them into an interactive dashboard (order overview) visualization, including making flexible period filters and other filters.

Result: Creating customer segmentation to increase their marketing conversion rate using cluster analysis and make recommendations for each cluster. In the last step, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) graph and combining them into an interactive dashboard (order overview) visualization.

Understanding Business Problems Define Digital Business Growth Problem from Gojek, Ride-Hailing Application Startup (6-Pager) & Go-Food Event Tracking

I'm creating 6 pagers to help understand business problems and define digital business growth problems and the solution from Gojek, a ride-hailing application startup. After that, I created Gofood event tracking to identify the event and metrics used.

Result: Defining problems using a tree diagram and creating metrics that are used. The next steps are creating strategy priorities to increase the Annualized Gross Transaction Volume (GTV) and active users and transactions on Gojek and giving recommendations (6-Pagers), creating go-food event tracking to gain insight from the order of application use, metrics that will be tracked, property values, etc. (Event Tracking)
